Order Processing

We strive to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Daddy Bear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. All charges after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, when possible, assist with claims. Please note that Daddy Bear is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
